We need some of you super cool volunteers to lend a hand for Colorado Gives Day on December 5!

The Elizabeth Hotel Music Experience!
The entire day is at the Elizabeth Hotel in downtown Fort Collins, with live music in The Emporium all day, and in Magic Rat and Sunset Lounge at night. Schedule of bands is below the shift outlines.
This all day event is going to be full of live music and community. We would love some DJs out as the face of the station as listeners love to meet DJs, but want to invite everyone who would love to tell the community about KRFC and help us hand out stickers, sell KRFC merch, and connect attendees with our QR code to donate!
SHIFTS:
9am to 12:30pm - Tabling and Repping
- Meet at KRFC, load cars and head to Elizabeth Hotel / EMPORIUM
- Prep KRFC stations
- Hangout and rep KRFC at Emporium table
- Sell Merch and hand out stickers
12:30pm to 4pm - Tabling and Repping
- Lend a hand at KRFC activations
- Hangout and rep KRFC at Emporium table
- Listen to live music
- Break down table and move table to outside Magic Rat
- Sell Merch and hand out stickers
4pm to 7pm - Tabling and Repping
- Set up KRFC table , Merch and photo backdrop outside Magic Rat
- Oversee CD Crate Digging
- Oversee Photo Backdrop
- Listen to live music
- Help with anything that might be needed during that time
- Sell Merch
6:15pm to 10:15pm - Sunset Lounge Door
- Door staff for upstairs in Sunset Lounge
- Door staff Downstairs in Magic Rat/Sunset Lounge entrance
- Collect and pack banners and table toppers at end of night
- Bring KRFC banners and table toppers downstairs
7pm to 10:30pm - Tabling and Repping
- Help with table outside Magic Rat
- Lend a hand at KRFC activations
- Hangout and Rep at the Magic Rat table
- Listen to live music
- Sell Merch and hand out stickers
- Box up merch
- Condense crate digging
- Load up cars to return gear to KRFC
