CO Gives Day KRFC Reps (Dec. 6 at Elizabeth Hotel)

We need some amazing volunteers to lend a hand for Colorado Gives Day on December 6! Support Colorado Artists and bring some friends.

The Elizabeth Hotel Music Experience!

The entire day is at the Elizabeth Hotel in downtown Fort Collins, with live music in The Emporium all day, and in Magic Rat and Sunset Lounge at night. Schedule of bands is below the shift outlines. More info HERE.

This all day event is going to be full of live music and community. We would love some DJs out as the face of the station as listeners love to meet DJs, but want to invite everyone who would love to tell the community about KRFC and help us hand out stickers, sell KRFC merch, and connect attendees with our QR code to donate!

SHIFTS:

10am to 1:30pm - Tabling and Repping

• Help setup table in the Emporium
• Prep KRFC stations
• Hangout and rep KRFC at Emporium table
• Listen to live music
• Sell Merch and hand out stickers

1:30pm to 5pm - Tabling and Repping

• Lend a hand at KRFC activations
• Hangout and rep KRFC at Emporium table
• Listen to live music
• Break down table and move table to Magic Rat
• Sell Merch and hand out stickers

2pm to 5pm - Floater and Green Room Security

• Help break down AM table at the Emporium and move to Magic Rat
• There will be a conference room full of KRFC and band gear, help keep an eye on the room and invite in band members to drop off gear or just take a rest and maybe have a snack
• Listen to live music
• Help with anything that might be needed during that time
• Sell Merch

5pm to 7pm - Tabling and Repping

• Set up table near Magic Rat
• Lend a hand at KRFC activations
• Hangout and Rep at the Magic Rat table
• Listen to live music
• Sell Merch and hand out stickers

7pm to 10:30pm - Tabling and Repping

• Hangout and Rep at the Magic Rat table
• Listen to live music
• Lend a hand at KRFC activations
• Break down table and load out
• Sell Merch and hand out stickers
